The paid versions of my apps have no extended permissions. That means they only require permissions needed for online leaderboards and achievements (if a game) or possibly nothing at all if a live wallpaper.

The free versions of my apps also have permissions needed for Google Adsense and Google in-app purchases.

That’s it! No push notifications, icons, or anything.
